CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments: For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid later but definitely before the commencement of the service. Advance payment’s amount will be decided by management based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from above in some cases like Special Tours, hotels or resorts bookings during peak seasons (like New Year, Summer Holiday, Festivals etc.), full payment is required to be deposited in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to cancel your booking, we must be notified of the same in writing or mail. We shall refund the tour cost after deducting cancellation charges as under.

In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:

• The reason for your cancellation or
• The number of days prior to the start of the tour, your cancellation request is received or
• The amount expended by the individual guide to prepare for your tour or
• The cancellation policy option you choose.

Cancellation charges would be as follows:

Cancellation Made Within	Refund Policy
60 days prior to Departure Date	90% of payment is refunded
45 days prior to Departure Date	75% of payment is refunded
30 days prior to Departure Date	50% of payment is refunded
15 days prior to Departure Date	25% of payment is refunded
7 days prior to Departure Date	10% of payment is refunded
After	Non-refundable

In some cases, the Tour Guide may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstance. In the event that the Tour Guide cancels the tour, you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour, a full refund of all money paid OR a credit towards an alternative tour. If you choose to accept a credit, the difference in the cost of the alternative tour will be refunded or paid by you as applicable.

Note : Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if your email, mail or faxes fail to reach us.
